Finca "Vistamar"                          

Situation:
The  finca "Vistamar" is part of a detached country house. The finca, is in the community of "Guia de Isora", on the sunny west side of the island at a height of approx. 500m and is situated in a small mountain village. The distance from the main road is only 1km and leads through vinyards and along a romantic canyon. An ideal site for restful days in which to enjoy the surrounding nature. From the airport it is 35km to the finca, and on the way you pass Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos, both at a distance of about 20km. From the finca it takes 20 minutes to reach the beach Playa San Juan. The small provincial town called Guia de Isora can be reached within five minutes. 

The surroundings of the house and the apartment:
The formerly old, but expensively restored farm house is situated on the border of the village and is accessible by way of a small tarred road. The beautiful situation on the mountain slope offers a magnificent view on the western part of the island and on the deep blue Atlantic. Various walking paths are in the immediate vicinity and it is only a few kilometers from the National Park "Canadas del Teide".

The ancient charm of the house, lovingly renovated, has lost nothing of its former atmosphere despite the modern, technical equipment that was built in. 
Near the entrance to the apartment is a large sun terrace (10mx5m) with outdoor furniture, from where one can enjoy the lovely view over the valley and the Atlantic. 

Finca Vistamar:

 The walls of this old house are made with natural stones and plastered. Therefore the climate of the house is good-natured. We also have used only natural products while we have renovated the house.

It consists of a large living room with fully fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms with king size bed and 2 bathrooms.

All fitted with brand new and tasteful furnitures.

In the winter months warm clothing is recommended as at the height of 500m it can become cool, particularly in the evenings, wherefore an mobile electric oven provide warmth. 
It is strongly recommended to hire a car. 

Shopping possibilities are in the next village at a distance of about 3kms. Here you also find some restaurants and bars.
Only a short walk away from the apartment is a recomanded spanish restaurant.

Baby cot and high baby chair is available for rent.
There are enough towels and bed linen for a weekly change.

For the winter month medium warm clothing is recommended.
