The touristic centres in the South around "Los Cristianos" and "Playa de las Americas" hold a great attraction and offer holiday-makers a vast varitey of entertainments.

3km away from the touristic hullabaloo, lies the urbanization "Chayofa", bedded amongst gentle hillocks. It is the most renouned and exclusive villa quarter of the south.
Being situated 300m above sea level, Chayofa offers a pleasant moderate climate all year round. The saying goes, that it is the best climate in the world. Connections to all important points are optimal. The touristic centres can be reached within a few minutes, and the same goes for spanish villages, supermarkets and the motorway.

It is only 14km from the airport, and it takes a very short time to reach the 5 golf courses in the South. A new Par 3 golf range (under construction) for practicing short drives in only 200m away from the house.

Due to the spectacular situation of the house, which is situated in the top row, one has a fantastic panoramic view of Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, Las Galletas, as well over the mountains and the Atlantic.

There are several restaurants, 2 small supermarkets and tennis courts in Chayofa itself.

Apartment 2, consists of a large living room with separate kitchen-corner, bathroom and big bedroom with a double bed (king size 2m x 2m). From both the living room and the bedroom a large glas-sliding door leads directly to the terrace. Sat-TV set.

		Apartment 3, consists of a large living room with dining corner, kitchen, bathroom with two wash basins, shower, bath tub, WC and bidet. Ample bedroom with double bed (1,80m x 2m). Sat-TV set. Sun terrace.

All apartments have garden furniture available, i.e. table, chairs, deck-chairs. The kitchens are well-equiped with all ,modern appliances. A hired car is not absolute necessary but recommendable and can be arranged as from the airport, if so required. Mid-cleaning possible against payment. A washing machine is at disposal. There are enough towels and linen in the apartment for changing.
