Situation:
The farmhouse, in the municipality of "Guia de Isora" on the sunny west side of the island, is between the fisher village of Alcala and Chio.
Coming from the main road it is only 1km to the finca. Truly an ideal spot for enjoying peace and the beauties of the surrounding nature. Coming from the airport – which is at a distance of 45km – one drive past the tourist centres of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos (25km distance). The landhouse is 15 minutes away from western beaches and 5 minutes from the small main town Guia de Isora and only a few kilometres to the "Parque Nacional de Teide"

The Finca offers:

Sportfacilities such as , tennis-court, profi-trampoline, pool billard table, swimming pool (heated by solar heating system) and 2 golf putting greens.
Ideal place for sport activities but also for quite and relaxed holidays.
 

"Herrenhaus-Mansion" at Finca Montimar.

This main house consists of very large living room with dining table for 8 persons, chimey, large kitchen with additional dining table for 6, dishwasher, fridge, 4-ceran hub, stove, coffeemachine, juice press, toaster and further more.

Large terrace to the west with garden furniture.

In the middle of the green park is the "Herrenhaus-Mansion" which are used before by the previous owners. All is renovated with the best quality furnitures and with taste.

Large livingroom, 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms en suite. Sleeping couch in living room for 2 additional guests. Central heating in living room and kitchen. In all bathrooms are heating elements to warm up the towels.

All bathrooms have hair dryer, cometic mirror and bath gown.
