"Tenerife, Finca Palo alto, Casa Verde";

Situation:
The finca "palo alto" consists of 5 detached country houses. The finca lies in the community "Guia de Isora" on the sunny west side of the island at a height of approx. 800m and is situated in a small mountain village. The distance from the main road is only 2km and leads through vinyards and along a romantic canyon. An ideal site for restful days in which to enjoy the surrounding nature. From the airport it is 35km to the finca, and on the way you pass Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos, both at a distance of about 20km. From the finca it takes 20 minutes to reach the beach Playa San Juan. The small provincial town called Guia de Isora can be reached within five minutes.

The surroundings of the landhouse:
The formerly old, but expensively restored farm house is situated on the border of the village and is accessible by way of a small tarred road. The last part (30m) can only be reached by foot and is therefore exempt of traffic. The beautiful situation on the mountain slope offers a magnificent view on the western part of the island and on the deep blue Atlantic. Various walking paths are in the immediate vicinity and it is only a few kilometers from the National Park "Canadas del Teide".

Description of country house "Casa Azul"

The ancient charm of the house, lovingly renovated, has lost nothing of its former atmosphere despite the modern, technical equipment that was built in.

The walls of this old house are made with natural stones, loam and plastered. Therefore the climate of the house is good-natured. We also have used only natural products while we have renovated the house. The finca is free from electro-smog radiation.

		The center point of the house consists of a cozily tiled inner court-yard (Patio)with teak dining table and chairs. From here a stairway leads up to the roof terrace where deck-chairs for sunbathing are disposed.

		Opposite the dining area is the old style "kitchen house". This original kitchen is fitted with modern equipment such as a electric Ceran-fire place with 4 plates, micro wave combined with grill, fridge, sink, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle and electric juice press.

The adjoining very large terrace with its long bench and table offers a unique view on mountains and sea. This terrace is partial covered for sun protection.

		The spacious living room is comfortably furnished. Further a Sat-TV with radio are at disposa .

		In the living room is also a dining area for 4-6 persons.

		From the living room you enter the bedroom which have en suite bath room.

		The bath room consists of shower, toilet, bidet, and wash-basin. Also outfitted with hair dryer,cosmetic mirror and bathing-wraps.

The farm consists of: 1 living room/dining room 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1 kitchen house 1 terrace 1 patio 1 roof terrace (35m2) heating common sauna, hot spa whirlpool and moderate solar heated swimming pool (only for guests of finca Palo alto) Sat-TV-equipment. Sat-Tv-Radio. Internet via W-LAN. Amount of people: max. 4 Baby cot and high baby chair is available for rent. common washing machine. There are enough towels and bed linen for a weekly change. Car rental: strongly recommended. Please contact us for reservation. Mid-clean possible on request. For the winter month warm clothing is recommended.
